 hello everyone my dear friends, welcome to all of you in this blog. i am shailendra kumar, 3rd dan black belt in taekwando also know judo ,karaate, mua-thai, gymnastics, mma, i am a fitness trainer. this blog is about health & fitness .

WHAT IS HEALTH ?

my dear friends, health is not only about physical fitness. lots of people think about health is that , health is only about physically fit , body etc...

but the perfect definition of health is that, health is state of physical, mentally, socially combination. because of we are a part of social system , so its compulsory for us to maintain social system. when you feel good as physical ,mental ,social , then you can say you have good health.

WHAT IS FITNESS?

when you think about fitness , you imagine perfect body shape, six pack abs , bodybuilding, but my dear friends, i am telling you , only achieve a good body shape is not fitness. according to my experience fitness is about your capability for way of work.

if you have very good shape of body but you are not eligible for perform any work surrounding you and your social system , it is called you are not fit.

if you can't take proper decision , it means you are not mentally fit. so finally i am saying that fitness is whole capability of your body to perform any activities, which one is important in life as a human.

fitness is not only about gain, bulk, cutting your body . these all process are only part of fitness but lots of people stuck in these system, physically fitness is about your body, energy, stamina, flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, endurance, speed. & you need to understand about human body 11 system.
